We are a certified loan packager for USDA Rural Development’s 502 Direct Loan. “This program assists low- and very-low-income applicants obtain decent, safe and sanitary housing in eligible rural areas by providing payment assistance (subsidy) to increase an applicant’s repayment ability.” The program also typically has a lower than market interest rate and more flexible credit score requirements.
