Twin Forks Rising is hosting Rural Development Workshops
The 504 Home Repair program provides loans to low-income homeowners to repair, improve, or modernize their homes or grants to elderly, low-income homeowners to remove health and safety hazards.
The applications are often confusing, but Housing: Economic Resources & Education (H.E.R.E.) staff can help.
There will be workshops to assist residents with the 504 application and what documents are needed to complete the application.
The workshops will be held.
